In case you can't make coffee after using the steam function, there are a few possible reasons and solutions: 1. The machine was in an overheated state, and it needs to cool down for a while. You can open the steam valve and release some water through. 2. The steam knob was not closed tightly during steam preheat. Please tighten the steam knob. 3. If the internal temperature is too high, wait for the machine to cool down or turn on the steam control knob to release hot water and cool it down. 4. If the temperature sensor is short-circuited or open, the temperature fuse is open, or there is a poor connection between the power board and the display board, please ask us for solutions.
